OTCI SENSITIZES STAFF ON FINANCIAL WELLNESS.

Members of Staff of the Office of Transformation, Creativity and Innovation (OTCI) were today sensitized by representatives of Stanbic IBTC Group, on effective Pension fund management, Asset Management and other products and services rendered, considered beneficial to Public Servants.

The sensitization programme held at the OTCI Conference Room is a sub-set of the Community of Practice, a platform for learning and knowledge sharing, organized by the office, for members of staff to be adequately informed on best practices that would improve their lives and work ethics.

The sensitization programme which was interactive, was well attended by members of Staff of OTCi and representatives of the Stanbic IBTC Group Mr. Olatunji Bolaji, Business Development Manager, Stanbic IBTC Pension Managers; Mrs. Jere Onogwu, Relationship Manager, Workplace Banking, Stanbic IBTC Bank; and Mr. Damilola Onileaja, Sales Consultant, Stanbic IBTC Asset Management, who took turns to enlighten members of staff on various products and services managed by the IBTC that could be beneficial to Public Servants and the Public at large.

While thanking the Management and staff of the OTCI for the opportunity to sensitize them, Public Servants were however encouraged to ensure they have their ‘Will’ ready or at least a ‘Letter of Administration’ to be adequately prepared for the future or any problem that their absence would create.
