Mr. Rufai Olalekan Abidemi Agboola-(Head, Branding, One-shop and Stop Service Charter

 Rufai Olalekan Abidemi Agboola Deputy Director (Admin. & HR) is presently the Head of the Branding, One- Stop & Service Charter(BOS) Department in the Office of Transformation, Creativity & Innovation(OTCI), Lagos State. He is a graduate of Sociology from the then Ogun State University now Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago – Iwoye. He is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM).

He was deployed to Office of Transformation, Creativity & Innovation(OTCI) then Office of Transformation(OoT) in 2011, a very active participant in the introduction and launch of the Service Charter initiative in 2012.

In 2017, he was deployed to the Lagos State Waterways Authority(LASWA) as the Head of Admin. & Human Resource. After brief stint in LASWA, he was again deployed to the Ministry of Youth and Social Development where he was the Head of the Workforce Planning Unit.

In the year 2021, Rufai Olalekan Abidemi Agboola got deployed back to OTCI as the Head of the Branding, One- Stop & Service Charter(BOS) Department.
